If we try to say that happiness is the key to living, I think it would be not wrong. Our goal is to be happy in life, so we are successful when we feel it. The term happiness is an illusion and, it differs from individual to individual. Willingness is one kind of flexibility, and when our responses to life are more flexible, our body, in turn, is more flexible, and my physical health improves. Remember to be flexible, not rigid to live.Try to be kind, it gifts happiness because it is power emotion to uplift our mind, and it creates loyalty that improves your happiness, feels better. Overall, to get happiness practice the offshoots of love like compassion, empathy, gratitude, hope, inspiration, faith and joy.
